Casa de Meu Pai is a project that works with street children. Through a program that includes an open house in the city centre and a restoration farm in the rural area, the project works to reintegrate young boys and girls into their families and into society. The project also includes programs and various activities in many slums and juvenile detention centers of Fortaleza.

Mão Amiga is a project that is working to develop a new hope and future for a whole community. It currently has a functioning study centre that offers help with tutering in kids school work and courses in art, music, english, sports, and in other specific professions. It helps develop social skills and gives basic food provision and support to the community called Chacara da Prainha in Aquiraz.

This Project works in partnership with a Church to teach adults how to read and write, to give spiritual support and discipleship, to evangelise and plant a Church in the communitity known as " Rua Portugal".

Training
Training Center for the Nations is a mini-vision of YWAM Fortaleza that empowers people for the challenge of making disciples of all nations through various courses. These courses are offered as part of the University of the Nations in the areas of: Discipleship Training School, Biblical Counseling, Community Development, School of the Bible (one year theological course) and various seminars.
The courses make use of Video Conferencing throught GENESIS which makes it possible to access better teaching content and an intense esposure to an international and crosscultural atmosphere.
We have a property dedicated for the development of schools and training programs that will include more dormitories & classrooms, a library, a sports gymnasium/auditorium, an olimpic size swiming pool, places for counseling, discipling, and for retreats of youth, church groups, and pastors.
Evangelism
We are weekly involved in evangelism through our personal lives and ministries to reach people with the good news of Jesus and the Kingdom of God here in the Fortaleza area and wherever we go around the world. Our missionaries and students take part in evangelistic impacts organized by our Evangelism Department for public events like Carnival, FORTAL (carnival like event outside of the main carnival time in Brazil), and Romero de Padre Ciscero. We use various strategies like drama, dance, and arts to mobilize the Church for these evangelistic events. We not only evangelize, but we challenge and equip the local church to be more active and effective in personal and church-wide evangelism.

King's Kids
Programs during school holidays for youth and children involving them in art activities, social support, sports, and bringing them closer to God. Dozens of children and youth are involved every year and even hundreds throughout all of Brazil.
